Registration fees paid will only be refunded upon written request, justifying the withdrawal, sent to the event secretariat, according to the terms and conditions specified below:

• up to 40 days prior to the event, the refund is 80% of the amount paid.

• And up to 30 days prior to the event, the refund is 50% of the amount paid.

• For cancellations requested with less than 30 days there will be NO refund, only registration replacement.
